This SaaS Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitutes a legal and enforceable contract between you ("User" or "you") and KratorAI ("we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the KratorAI platform and its services.
By accessing or using KratorAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
KratorAI is an AI platform that provides access to various AI models for text generation, image creation, video generation, audio/music creation, and other AI-powered features. Our services include, but are not limited to:
KratorAI operates on a credit-based system for accessing its AI features. The cost in credits for each feature is based on its complexity and resource usage:

KratorAI may offer a free trial period on select subscription plans. During the trial:
Trial availability, duration, and eligible plans may change at any time without prior notice.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
All purchases are final and non-refundable once you use the service. For users in the European Union, under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital purchases.
By subscribing and using KratorAI, you expressly acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately upon subscription and you waive your 14-day withdrawal right once you use any AI feature (including sending a single chat message).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
User Responsibility
KratorAI provides access to artificial intelligence models developed by third parties. You acknowledge and agree that:
AI is a tool, not a person. It does not have emotions, consciousness, or genuine understanding. You should not rely on AI for emotional support, mental health counseling, or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
You retain all rights in and to the content you input into KratorAI. By using the service, you grant KratorAI a limited license to use your content solely for operating and improving the service.
You agree not to use KratorAI to generate, upload, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KratorAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
